Policy:
Printed materials are generally non-returnable items since each
order is a
custom printing job for a specific customer. Items are not resalable.
So
printing is only returnable under special circumstances. If
you are unhappy
with your order for any reason contact us immediately.
We provide the opportunity for clients to view proofs so that
errors such as
spelling, fonts, layout, images, etc. can be proofed by the
client and
corrections can be made before the items are printed. Once clients
approve
printing proofs, errors that clients missed are not grounds
for returning the
printed materials. Additionally, once a job has been approved,
should a
client refuse delivery, the work has still been done and the
client will
still be charged in full for the printing job. So proofread
your proofs
carefully. (See T&C for additional information.)
Issues such as smudged ink, wrong colors used, wrong type of
paper,
incorrect cutting may be reasons why printing could be returned
or why HOC
may elect to reprint your job. In those cases, HOC may reprint
your job at
no additional cost or HOC may elect to give a client a full
refund once we
have received the complete order back. |
